Audit Board

The Audit Board competencies are as follows:

1. verify the fulfilment of the statutes, internal regulations and other relevant legislation;
2. verify the fulfilment of General Assembly decisions;
3. put forward comments on annual reports, activity plan and budget proposed by the Board of Directors;
4. follow up the accomplishment of audit activities that may happen.
